“Great location in a clean cosy space”
This is a great apartment with awesome views and a good location for exploring Phnom Penh. It was an easy tuktuk ride to everywhere we wanted to visit and a short walk to amenities. It's clean, cosy and had excellent access to streaming services if you want to take an evening to relax indoors. Accessing the keys was easy and everything was clear.

“Fantastic property, would stay here again”
I really loved this property. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, lovely room with good facilities. It was quiet and dark at night which I need for a good sleep! Location was good and easy to get to. The host was responsive and I was immensely grateful that we could take our room on our early arrival after a long journey. The have a matcha cafe downstairs with really good quality matcha… as a matcha lover this made me super happy :)

“Definitely would be a repeat customer”
The apartment was our home away from home. We don't eat out, so the kitchen was suitably stocked. Honestly, I liked the feel of the sheets on my bed and the heavy curtains to block out the strong sunlight. We were on the fifth floor and liked to open the windows for the wonderful breeze certain times of the day.

“Lovely staff, clean and tidy.”
Very friendly staff on check-in. Dark curtains. Comfy beds. Air conditioning in every room. Two bathrooms a bonus. Supermarket nearby. Lovely Chinese restaurant (Made in China) and fruit shop a short walk round the corner. Short drive into town, but almost an hour to the airport at peak time.

“Amazing place with friendly staff and great city view in a nice location”
Very nice place with an amazing city view and super friendly staff. All was clean and neat. There was everything for a comfortable living. Pet friendly – that was important for us, as we were traveling with our cat, which was very stressful after the long flight. Opposite the building is a very peaceful Vietnamese Embassy. Looks great, and calms down. It was a very quiet place to stay, which was very good for us. Same time – not so far from the city center and just a few minutes walk away from supermarkets, and cafes. By the way, there is a cozy café in the same building, owned and managed by the same people. Great concept. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

“Great value, super friendly hosts and very friendly guard.”
The location was near my workplace. The staff were very friendly. I needed some urgent printing done and Dara helped me to print out my documents without any charge. The staff were responsive to requests. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable with two bathrooms, a kitchenette, a living room and a dining table. There was also a washing machine on the balcony with detergent and softener provided. I was there for 3 weeks and felt perfectly comfortable.

Great hosts, very friendly and kind. Nice and equipped flat, two bathrooms and bedrooms, even two balconies and a laundry room. Very safe building. I would recommend to stay here if in Phnom Penh.
