We would recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay on a budget. Location is but not near anything noisy. Staff were so friendly and so helpful. Always had a smile on their face. Rooms were clean.

I've reviewed already.. just to say my return trip was just as enjoyable.. and I'm looking forward to my next stay here in the coming weeks.

A reasonable little complex set on a side street near the Royal Palace. The rooms could do with a refresh, but the staff are lovely. Advertising “Prime Movies” in the room via the separate cable TV box, which is non-existent in my room! Just take out the poster if you don’t have the service! Speaking of which, not a lot of consistency with other “offers” - buy any coffee and get a free cookie. I’ve ordered four coffees so far and only got my free cookie with one. Beware the tiles on the balconies and the concrete stairs in the rain. I just slid an entire flight hurting my right arm and hip in the process. Such a terrible choice for an outdoor setting in a country that gets a lot of rain! Oh, and the cleaning leaves a bit to be desired. See the photo for what I can only imagine was some chap reaching an energetic climax, leaving his imprint on the wall behind the bedhead. Another negative for this place: they allow smoking throughout. Smokers, as we know, have no consideration, they’ll light up right next to you when you’re eating 😡 And the reason I point out all of these things is because the proprietor is British, and is obviously not on top of things in his business!

Really kind staff, nice food and swimming pool to cool down. The location is in walking distance to the Royal Palace, Walking Street and Bassac street. We had a great time here!

Lovely stay in Phnom Penh. The hotel is located very close to attractions and plenty of restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel itself was also very tasty. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

“Good cosy hotel”

Bed really comfortable and every room has a smart tv. Pool area and restaurant really nice to sit at and very clean. Great music taste playing by the pool! Although not perfect we did choose to stay here again a second time when we returned to Phnom Pehn.

Such a lovely welcome! A free drink and cold flannels as it was a hot day. The place is very chilled and the food is amazing too. All rooms overlook the pool with each having its own table and chairs. Or you can be sociable in the bar/by the pool. Great central location.

The intimate friendly vibe. LGBT but open to all. Was like staying in a villa with our own staff. Great pool area, bar and food. Large clean rooms. Super location. Excellent value.

Very kind and friendly staff. Welcome drinks on arrival & good food. Comfy beds and spacious rooms with TV for use of netflix & disney plus etc. Staff very kindly let us leave our big backpacks for a few days while we visited Koh Rong!

The owner and staff were so lovely and welcoming. We booked last minute because of a visa issue and we’re so stressed when we arrived. They offered us a glass of wine as welcome drink and the vibe was just exactly what we needed to relax and calm. I would 100% recommend, room was clean and well equipped with good aircon and a ceiling fan. Pool was also very clean. I had such a laugh with the bar staff in the evening!
