They entered my room and took money from my safe. I was supposed to stay for 9 days but left after 2 days and still have not been refunded. Don't go near this hotel especially if you are travelling alone. The tuck tuck drivers outside are in on the scam with the hotel staff. Don't go near this hotel.

The welcoming is warm and genuine; the team did a good job upon check-in (welcome drink, clear introduction of the facilities and services...). Room was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness, layout and comfort. Perhaps need to look at some sound proofing improvement from the corridor side... The service at the pool and restaurant is good in spite of lack of English speaking.

“Perfect location”
Great location, close to many landmarks. Also the view from the sky bar was amazing and the pool also. Staff were so welcoming and helpful from the start of our stay until the end! Room was a good size for us and had everything we needed.

Everything from the room, staff, pool and breakfast was 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more. Close to the city and so many restaurants nearby! Staff were so Kind and attentive. Pool had probably one of the best views of the city and breakfast was sooooo good.
