Stayed 4 days here in Phnom Penh and was made to feel right at home. The staff exude the archetypal Cambodian hospitality - softly spoken but incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, focusing on ensuring you have the best time possible The executive suite has an amazing view, is very spacious and has fantastic air conditioning Fast turnaround and competitive pricing on laundry as well

“Nice but wouldn’t go back due to above”
Went to the pool bar restaurant for lunch and dinner and a couple of drinks. They suggested that I pay on the way out after my meal. Then it all changed on my second to last night. Demanded I pay before each drink and before my meal. Too hard so went elsewhere

“amazing hotel!!”
the location was amazing. fantastic drivers out the front. recommend Lucky. number 15 the bike trailer set up. staff were unbelievable. they couldn't do enough for us and also had great sense of homours. the view from the roof top pool was sensational. the view from our little balcony on level 11 was unreal. beds were comfy and rooms extremely clean and cool. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

You should remove the plant in front of the bedroom 404 because it’s a huge nest for moskitos and each time we enter or leave our bedroom the moskitos came inside the bedroom :(

All very good. Great staff with 1 lad , Rothea being particularly helpful and very polite. Clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. Swimming pool on rooftop is also great.
