“The stat was perfect guys ‘NEW YORK HOTEL’ is the hotel for $20 budget”

Nothing not to like at this price range couldn’t ask for better, big clean rooms, lovely lobby on entry multiple lifts,smart tv and walk in shower in some rooms plus the security are ace not sure what they secure but there lovely lads 😂

The room was very dark and dated. There was a strange smell throughout the hotel.

Hotel is absolutely nothing like the pictures, rooms are filthy, bugs and cockroaches EVERYWHERE, in the rooms and in the lobby, staff didn’t care on bit

There was a pile toenail clippings from the previous guest on the bedside table. When we raised it to the hotel receptionist, she didn’t seem bothered and said someone will clean our room. The following day, the toenail clippings were still there despite the room being “cleaned”. We told them again and they still weren’t bothered. Didn’t feel clean but the bed was comfy.

This has been the worst stay I’ve experienced while traveling through Southeast Asia both in terms of the accommodation itself and how we were treated. Upon arrival, the hotel appeared run-down, poorly maintained, and unclean, despite having clear potential. The bathroom was particularly dirty, and we even encountered cockroaches. As it was late at night, we chose not to raise the issue immediately, but decided we would leave first thing in the morning. The following day, we went to reception with our bags and politely requested to cancel the remainder of our stay due to the hygiene issues and our very poor first night experience. Unfortunately, we were met with a dismissive attitude. The receptionist asked us to cancel on booking.com which would have resulted in an additional $43 charge something we were understandably unwilling to accept. He eventually agreed to cancel the stay but informed us that we would not receive a refund. At that point, despite being mindful of our budget, we simply wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others not to stay here. There are far better accommodations available in the area for the same price or even less.

At first we thought “this is fine it’s just one night” but we ended up checking out at midnight because of how nasty it was. Bedbugs and full on insects all over, specifically in the bathroom

For the price it was a good hotel to stay at. If you want to go to nightlife area tuk tuk or grab is needed.

Price performance was ok. Reception very friendly. The rooms cleaning very unfriendly and sloppy. Air conditioning broken. 2 days only cold water

Shower over bath and enamel has come of bath and I slipped in bath Shower curtain black and falling of has been tied up by previous customer's. Fridge in room in poor condition black in side needs to go in the bin Duvet cover too small for the bed.
