The staff is very service minded always there to help with a smile Food is also good and not expensive. Situation is by the well known Bassac lane, famous restaurant street in town.

“Kelly is amazing!”
Hotel was clean and comfortable, but what made our stay was the amazing was Kelly, best staff member ever! She was so friendly when we first arrived, and during our stay she never failed to ask how we were or make us feel extremely welcome. Her energy is amazing and she deserves all the best!

“Great quality, great price”
Everything was good except the lift which was slow. I stayed in 3 hotels over 8 days in Phnom Penh and this one stood out. The staff were so nice, the facilities great quality and the bed was so comfortable. I will definitely return if I ever come back to Phnom Penh

“stunning hotel”
gorgeous hotel, great location, decent breakfast as a veggie there was a couple options and you could ask the chef to make you egg. the staff were the most helpful, accommodating and friendly receptionists i’ve ever encountered!!

Unfortunately the hotel is in a noisy area, many bars with loud music until 11-12pm. If it doen't bother you the noise, the hotel is ok

“Nice, tasteful hotel at the heart of the city”
Very good location and, given how hot it was, it was a real advantage that they had two pools. The staff were very attentive and always came up with good solutions for any problems I might have. The laundry service was a particular bonus.

The hotel is a little older but still good. Great location and very friendly staff - even got a lunch box for my way to the airport - very lovely. Nice price.
