“CHINESE hotel in nice down town location”
Nicely designed hotel and friendly (though not very competent) staff but please note it is a CHINESE hotel that made very limited accommodations for Western travellers

“Comfortable room in a good location, but the staff needs some empathetic training.”
The Room was actually not the one I had booked, it was similar, but smaller. The water pressure in the shower was great, the AC worked well, the hotel is in a good location, and the bed was comfortable. I would rate it a 10 if it wasn't for the staff.
