“An island not an oasis”

The bed was so comfortable. The view was amazing so even with the over pricing it was worth the one night stay 👍 hard to believe we were so close to Phnom pean but the evening was so quiet 😁. If you are looking for a tast of PP and what it has to offer then scrub this off your list, but if you want somewhere quiet with a commute,short commute,around 10kl it's perfect,oh and no kettle in the room which I found strange 🤷.

“Authentic local stay.”

Clean comfortable room with a nice view of the river. Food arrived freshly cooked and hot. Pool was good to cool off, nice to have to yourself but small if others are using it at the same time. Check in was difficult, unwelcoming and unprepared, as the only quests we found this a little concerning to start with. However once we got past this we found the family running the hotel were very kind and helpful. They helped us transfer to the ferry port and gave us a parting gift of locally woven fabric which was a lovely unexpected souvenir.

Amazing hotel run by an incredible and such a nice family. They help you with everything you need and if you have time, you can have really nice conversations with all of them. Beautiful and unique place around an amazing village in an island.

Spacious rooms and extremely friendly, helpful and responsive staff. They were accommodating to all my needs and helped me get a tuktuk to explore the city and send me back to the airport.

“Excellent experience of island life with decent living conditions”

The location is great, very close to the ferry. The owners/employees are all very friendly, even though their English is not exactly adequate. The dinner is superb, very fresh fish and much exceeded my expectations. The breakfast is free and is ok, nothing extraodinary. I rented the motorbike for 24 hours for 10 dollars, very good experience, you would not have experienced the island without a motorbike. Overall I would recommend this stay for anyone who wants to experience island life.

The staff was super friendly. The river view from the dining area was pure bliss.

“Satisfactory for it being on an island and a good day or two stay over”

Food was very plain and plain presentation. Breakfasts and lunches were well made but repetition of the menu with minimal selection. I would recommend bringing additional snacks, the staff are however great and a good place for a day outing.

Beautiful location right on the river. Staff were friendly and happy to help with requests. Must go to the silk farm it is amazing to see it getting produced from hand this way.

“Delightful two nights stay on koh dach”

What a delightful small resort on koh dach. The room itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, and the bed and towels also. The pool was sparkling and clean and really well looked after. Restaurant on the river was perfect and the food served was fresh and varied. I asked for stir fry veggies only and no problem. We could walk from the ferry we caught , although there is another ferry further away.

In a relaxing environment by the river, staff and owners are friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Food were delicious, owner/chef cooked food that weren't in the menu on guests requirements. Booked one night, extended to 3 nights and looking forward to go back.

The personal/staff is on point 👌 very welcoming and kind.

This is a family owned property and hence the host was polite and courteous but that is about all, the rest is downhill
