Good location, not too close to the busy areas. Clean towels when requested and there is somewhere to do your own laundry. The bed was a standard double and was comfy enough! The staff were super nice and helped us with anything we needed. The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed including a hot shower which was great.

Something between a hotel and a hostel but surprisingly nice. Good location and easy to reach all the main sites nearby

Hotel is new, staff is the best, always friendly and helpful day and night. Everything is clean and new. Internet is very fast. Location is good but not very central. Hot water shower and water pressure are very good. Only minus is that the bunk beds in the dorms are too squeaky ( not designed for heavier people ) for a light sleeper like me.

Everything was perfect and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hostel to everybody planning to visit PhnomPenh. .

The staff in the hotel was very professional and kind - I arrived earlier than the check in hour and they let me into the room without me even asking about that possibility. The room was modern and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Genocide Museum, mini markets, gym, restaurants. At the same time it was very quiet. I wish I was staying in Phnom Penh longer to enjoy Emerald Hotel!

I (female) was talking on the phone and was assaulted by a male guest in the dormitory. He snatch my phone. My safety was compromised and the male guest didn't received any consequences. A police report wasn't filed. The staff didn't take the incident serious. On their website they say they can accommodate a female guest to an all female dormitory room. But that is a lie. Very misleading information.
