“Not Quite Love at First Sight, but It Worked Out"”

To be perfectly honest, our first impression of the residence wasn’t exactly love at first sight. My wife was initially given a studio that looked like it had seen better (and cleaner) days — not to mention the mysterious water leak that added a little extra 'spa' experience we didn’t ask for. That said, the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly arranged a switch to a different apartment, which turned out to be perfectly fine. The furnishings and kitchen gear were on the simple side, but to be fair, we might have been a bit spoiled by the previous place we stayed at — which was a touch more glamorous. In the end, it was decent value for money – not luxurious, but it delivered what we expected .Next time, we’ll likely go back to our usual place by the river – you just can’t beat that location!

“Great apartment”

Fantastic value for money, lovely quiet safe location, close to some great bars. Would stay here again

The bedsheets looks like an old one, hasn't been changed at all. No soap, no towels (we were told that the big room they don't provide towels). The rest of our group are not happy and they want me to pass the review.

“Avoid.”

Two things let this place down: poor maintenance and slack cleaning. When I checked in they had given me a smaller room than I had booked, so I asked to be moved. The second room had a non working fan and the aircon didn’t work either. They moved me again. The next room was filthy! I was moved back to the second room, where they managed to get the aircon working. Still no fan though. So I settled in, took a shower, and found that the bottles of shampoo, body wash, and hand wash they provided were empty! The staff here need their backsides kicking!

really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! felt like at home. everything is so stylish and made from the wood and stone. thanks to this its not too hot in the apartment. It's clear that the apartments were designed with heart and soul. After Vietnam hotels for 4 months prior to this stay, this apartment in Phnom Penh is truly an exception. no noise, so i had a good sleep. most important after Vietnam for me - NO cigarette or mold smell in the apartment!! soo good. nice gym nearby just for $3/visit.

No parking

The room size was nice. It needs maintenance upkeep! Internet was down, rain shower was broken, shower head damaged not replaced!

“Great place to stay when you are on a budget”

The location is very central and the staff is very supportive. I appreciate the fact that there is a kitchen so there is the option to cook. The rooms are clean and big, so it is a very pleasant stay. The price is very affordable and you get good quality.

“Okay for the price in Phnom Penh”

We liked the bed it was comfortable, the air conditioning was great. The fridge was also large and good. The washing machine to use was a good bonus. They kindly let us check in early

Workers are nice, Price cheap, big apartment (But maybe not enough clean, much spider webs, floor bit dirty, same for the sink, bathroom, ...) Moreover place is really cool, there's a parking for scooter and also wifi which is nice. I recommend this place anyway.

Its great, everything was perfect and the apartment would be very easy to live in as it has everything you need.

The apartment was spacious and had useful items included, such as kitchen equipment and some toiletries. There was a washing machine available to do laundry.
