Very nice location , great for price , kitchen available so we were able to cook our own meals as well as going out to eat. Very clean and has AC . Overall very good

The location is alright, just next to some touristic places and just 15 min walk to nice cafes and a very nice market.

“Cheap and private with lovely staff”

It was private with the feel of an apartment building rather than a hotel which I preferred. It is in a good location and the staff are wonderful. They bring whatever you ask for. Best of all is the free use of a washing machine. It's not fancy but great value for money, probably one of the best cheap places you would find. Air con and hot water, plus a floor fan.

The room is in a quiet neighborhood near some good coffee shop and street food.

I had seen the reviews before I booked this, and glad i did not take to much notice, I loved it here, everything was good, wifi perfect , aircon ok , location awesome, bed good, shower awesome 👌, and the apartment complex was well locked in , I actually did enjoy it, fridge went so good and freezer to , lady who met me there with key was so helpful to, I felt so good here, I would go back , had my own toilet to and bathroom which was a upgrade , I'll take it!! Loved it and my room on second floor 😍..

The place is dusty and smells like "old woman with cat house". There were even needles laying on top of the cabinet with unknown substance in it. We didn't feel comfortable sleeping there and the airco was really loud and when turned on the air was unhealthy. Did ger some complications with my astma. Although the person we met upon arriving was nice I wouldn't recommend booking here. On top of it the front door was broken and could not be closed, the entry with stairs is really small and steep and the adress of the hostel is not right. After looking for some time and calling the came and brought us to a street a few hundred meter further.

“SCAM”

I arrived and they wanted to give me a cheaper and smaller room than the one I had booked through Booking. Exactly half as small. They told me they had no other room available and that and that if I wanted one of the size I had contracted I had to go to another building and pay double.Obviously I left and I hope they don't charge me for the reservation.

Staff were friendly, they changed my room when the security lock on my door broke, however, they did try to try to put someone else in that room without fixing the issue.

The room was super clean. The manager was very nice. She was prepared to help us with our early check out, so she made it possible to leave our lugagge at their office which is nearby.

I booked the room for one night in order to be able to store my luggage during the day as I arrived early to Phnom Penh and had a night bus out of the city. The place was clean enough, although you could see some details could definitely be better looked after. The room had a coat hanger and the support was broken so it was impossible to hang anything. Nevertheless the coat hanger was there just reclined it against the wall and it would fall if you touched it. The staff was received is on short notice was kind and came ready for payment by card.
