Big, super-clean comfy room, great value, 2km from the train station by the main highway, 10 mins walk to Bus Terminal 1 (for busses and vans to Sukhothai new and old town, Mae Sot, Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Udon Thani), Big C, plenty of interesting eating and drinking places close by, a few Thai style clubs and outdoor bars with live music. Parking if needed. Reasonable 100B breakfast. Nice staff. No tourists about. This is a Thai suburb, very friendly.

“Clean, comfortable room for a great price”
Very clean room and sheets, gigantic bed and helpful staff when it came to needing some navigating around the city. Even though the area seems remote at first, I really recommend it as there are great live music locations down the road as well as restaurants. The bus station to explore nearby provinces is 5 minutes away, so for us it was perfect.

“Reasonable hotel in an unexpectedly nice city”
The airco was fine: outside 42, inside 22 degrees Celsius. Nice bathroom.Big room. Cheap and reasonable breakfast. Taxi was called and ready quickly. The daytime receptionistes were friendly and helpful.

“Perfect!”
The room was huge and very clean, good street view and friendly staff. Perfect if you are stopping on your way up to Chiang Mai (or the other way) as it’s a 10 minute walk from bus terminal 1 or a 12 minute grab from bus terminal 2. Highly recommend!

We didn't find many hotels in that area, but this one was designed somewhere in 80s and looks like never rennovated from that period. Everything is old, the bed is terrible and it took hours to air conditioner to start working
