The front desk man was very helpful and the breakfast for a westerners was good . The rooms were large and parking plenty. . The wifi was very good

The place is cosy and well maintained, and the room we stayed in was very clean. The location is convenient, not far from the airport and close to the Phitsanulok Walking Street. You can easily walk across the bridge to visit Wat Chan Tawan Tok at night and enjoy the beautiful night view of the temple. Last but not least, I recommend the salon called Fa Sai Salon if you need a haircut or hair wash. We were very satisfied with her skills and the reasonable price. She was also very helpful when we first arrived and couldn’t locate the property.

The host could not have been any more helpful. My partner wanted to give food for the monks early morning, so he arranged for it to be there when she went downstairs. Breakfast was basic as you would expect from a small hotel, but it was perfectly OK. Would I stay there again? 100% I would.

“A real gem”

A small, very clean and welcoming hotel. From the very first minute, Pon at the reception desk takes care of you in every way. From check-in to preparing breakfast, he performs his job quickly and efficiently, always with a big smile on his face. The hotel is cozy and very clean. There's a lovely scent throughout the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, right on the riverfront. But the real added value is definitely Pon, who fulfilled every request with kindness and professionalism. Her dedication to her work is absolute. This hotel is highly recommended if you're coming to Phitsanulok.

“Great guest house”

The owner was great, very helpful, couldn’t do enough. Room was nice size, curtains could be darker. Breakfast was Thai, with toast. But he made me sausage and egg as well. Tea and coffee choice was excellent.

Wow!! This small guesthouse is amazing and the personal service provided on-site by Pond is simply superb! The hospitality is by far the best we've had in Thailand, and far exceeds that provided by other expensive high-class hotels. The coffee is excellent...great beans and well brewed...and the accompanying breakfast ideal. The on-site host is SO friendly, supportive and generous, and we felt so relaxed staying here. The rooms are large and extremely clean, and the entire place has a relaxed funky vibe. We've thoroughly enjoyed the balcony looking over the river, particularly at night time, with a great view of the bridge and temple. The location is excellent, especially on market night, and offers quick access to one of the best and authentic markets in Thailand - far better than those in Chaing Mai and Bangkok. So convenient and just around the corner so there is no noise. Also, its a quick stroll along the river to all the major attractions, or you can grab a taxi/grab. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Phitsanulok. This place is a gem and it deserves far more than five stars for the superb level of hospitality provided on-site by Pond. The staff . Very nice and helpful gentleman taking care of everything . From parking , to snacks and the best breakfast and coffee . Little overpriced for the room but with this exceptional service it’s all right .

“Great value, lovely host”

This little place was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and our host, Pond, could not have been more helpful.Our room had a verandah overlooking the river and the spectacular Golden Wat. The walking street with its Saturday night market is 2 minutes away. There was little street noise and we slept well. Breakfast was great and Pond gave us fruit to take to our room each day. This hotel/guesthouse is a little out of town, but we enjoyed walking into town in the late afternoon for dinner when it was a bit cooler... it takes about 25 mins to walk or it's around US$3 for a Bolt car. There are nice Thai restaurants across the road, too. We were very happy with our stay.

Possibly the owner, the one staff member was incredibly welcoming, serving ice-cold tea on arrival and a beautiful breakfast. Comfy room with a lovely view of the river and temple. Great area with lots of restaurants nearby.

The first thing to mention is the manager is excellent. A good, caring person. There are some quite nice touches around the place, and the bed was comfortable, except for the rock hard pillows. My score is higher than it would be just because he was so nice.
