“Small paradise”

We loved that it was outside of Phitsanulok, you will need a taxi to come here- but if you are looking for a beautiful small paradise to unwind- this is the right place. Our hut was equipped with AC,Fan and a small fridge.We loved the outside kitchen (fully equipped) and the proper coffee machine (with good coffee!!!).Small market and shop for essentials just around the corner. The family is super friendly and extremely helpful. You can borrow bikes to go on some adventures (nice temples nearby). She is extremely well in English and Spanish besides Thai and goes the absolute extra mile for her guests, is very kind and thoughtful. Here you can really soak in the Thai-countryside and culture. Its a very quiet and peaceful place. Recommend strongly.

“Fabulous peaceful homestay with lovely hosts.”

Kgwang and her parents were absolutely lovely. Couldn't be more welcoming or helpful. The rural location suited us perfectly. Taxis were about 200bht each way from Phitsanulok railway ststion, having your own transport will possibly be advantageous. Very peaceful. We were offered bikes to use for free which was helpful. A little shop and a small BBQ restaurant very close by. The shop had basics but we didn't get chance to use the BBQ restaurant so can't make a judgement. We were there just for 2 mights so didn't do much exploring, just chilled in the peaceful rural surroundings. Terrific value.

This place is heavenly I stayed for 35 nights whilst getting settled back into life in Thailand. I can't praise enough the beautiful family that run and own this place. They go out of the way not only to welcome you but to treat you like family. I highly recommend this place for anyone that's looking for that peaceful getaway.

The property was in a lovely setting and was quiet- just the peace we needed after being in the city. The owners were kind and caring and always offering to help us. Our children enjoyed the stay to with the wildlife, chickens and pool. The pool was lovely and clean too! Though bikes are available, we didn’t use them whilst there.

What a beautiful place to stay! Beautiful garden surroundings and lovely (small) swimming pool. The hostess is a wonderful and cheerful person, she made me feel very welcome. Her English is better than she thinks! The house has all the basic necessities and I appreciated the fridge and aircon. Khob khun ka for the lovely two nights, I hope to see you again!

“Quiet, remote rural retreat”

Whether you like this place or not depends on what you're looking for and also whether or not you have independent means of transport. First thing to note is it is fully 11kms outside of Phitsanulok and Grab etc Apps don't work here. This said, the owner can contact a local taxi driver if needed and bicycle(s) are provided free of charge with the surrounding countryside being both quite pretty and very flat (& hot!). Secondly, there are no Breakfast or Kitchen facilities (although the lady owner did kindly provide me with plenty of Bananas and cheap, cold beer and there are a couple of food stalls plus a Convenience Store about 100m away). So, if you're a very self sufficient traveller and looking for peace, quiet and serenity I suspect you will quite like it.

We loved our stay here. The owners (a couple who have been there for nearly thirty years) made us feel very welcome. They’re clearly put a lot of effort into making the place beautiful and feel very secluded. We were a fairly short drive from the train station (about 15 minutes). The bungalows on stilts were well equipped and the beautiful trees and surrounding areas made us feel like we were extremely remote - in a good way!
