Check in was easy. (Ladies at front desk were helpful) Location is great The bar staff at pool were lovely (Godess and Jonus) The Cabanas around pool are a fantastic area.

The room was big, great view and big semi private terrace. Had two luggage racks - great for two people travelling together. There is a pool and it is right on the beach

“Definitely not what we anticipated based on the description and what the stay at the hotel entails”
Didn't have breakfast but dinner was poor...and the staff was not polite and friendly..the presentation when dinner was served was very poor

The room had an adjoining door and every sound from the next room was heard. The mattress in my room is worn out and every spring is felt and every movement resulted in noise or a sound.

“A clean, safe, well-located hotel with great sea views and reliable comfort”
A pleasant hotel, which is clean and safe. It has a wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea. It is located right next to the famous Boardwalk, home to many of Philipsburg’s restaurants, and directly by the beautiful beachfront. As hotel guests, we do not have to pay for sun loungers or umbrellas. The bar is good, and there is a small but enjoyable pool from which you can watch the sea and the passing crowds. Right next door you’ll find the city’s best coffee shop and a great little grocery store, with dozens of shops and restaurants just steps away. Housekeeping is provided daily; the staff are thorough and keep everything spotless.

“We needed a night stop before our cruise and for that it was good….close to cruise dock.”
The pool was the highlight…..clean and refreshing with beach view umbrellas and plenty of loungers.
