“Perfect for relaxing after a day of diving”

Off the beaten track, comfortable, quiet and yes the view is directly out to sea. Not though that if you diving from KimSha beach area allow double the time Google maps says to get there. Traffic can be very slow.

There was no breakfast included. We purchased our own supplies and cooked breakfast in the kitchen. Which was exactly what we wanted, gave us the independence that is not available in all-inclusive resorts.

Edger helped us get around the island by guiding us the right directions. The view was absolutely beautiful We were close to everything Very friendly neighborhood The room was cute and cozy We just loved everything about it

“Ocean shore was a great place to stay”

Our place was clean and comfortable. Our host, Edgar was so helpful and friendly. we enjoyed getting to know him. It is not the Ritz, but had all the amenities we needed.. The view of the water from our balcony was spectacular.

The ocean view is breathtaking even from inside of the apartment. The balcony is very unique. It is very hard to find an accommodation with this kind of closeness to the ocean. The location is perfect. It was very easy to reach it by car, and we could park right in front of our apartment. The apartment is well equipped. The owner, Edgar lives just a few apartments away. He was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a complete map of recommended places, gave us some advice regarding the island, where to shop, where to go, etc. All in all. What you see on the pictures is what you get in real life. One thing to notice is that the wind is very strong and the crushing waves are really loud. Don't expect it to be quite at any time, but if you enjoy the sound of waves you will like it. One bonus stuff is that you neighbours are iguanas. Just next to the apartment there is a bush where they probably have a nest. They protect it very aggressively, so don't panic when they run tovards you. If we ever come back to St. Marteen again, there is a high chance we come to this place again as well.

What a view! Loved staying here, enjoyed the sound of the waves and the ocean right outside. Very relaxing. You can take a walk into town or to the natural pool in about 20min. Edgar was very accommodating! Will definitely come back!

We loved the place, location was wonderful, apartment cosy and clean. Communication with host was Very good.

The apartment was amazing, the view is breathtaking. So nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Hot shower with good pressure, kitchen was well equiped for cooking and the couch was confy. AC in the rooms worked great and the breeze in the living area was refreshing, so no need for AC there. Quiet neighborhood and a shared terrasse by the water with loungers and cute mood lightning at night. Lots of room for our stuff and clothing as well. But our highlight was our host Edgar, he was so great! He gave us clear advise on where to go on the island (even after we left his apartment) and even offered us rides to the city when we did not have our car. He was really accommodating and made our trip better. Thank you so much ♥

“Relaxing Condo On the Water”

The corner apartment was amazing. Right on the ocean, with a balcony and hammock overlooking the water. The area was quiet and safe, only 10-15 mins from most attractions. At night, there was no noise except the lapping of the ocean. The host was very kind, helpful and amenable.
