The studio apt was clean, comfortable and friendly. The landlady was also very friendly. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants. There was a small kitchenette for those wanting to prepare basic meals.

“For the Blind ones.”
Well...Very weird place/Its an Old Shop on the bottom/ground floor inside an property building, You have to keep the curtains Shut to have any kind privacy. Smell was terrible,its old shop interior crap, looks more like an old Brothel ones your inside. I had jetlag so I hade to sleep , Lucky me... only had ONE night stay, Would NOT recommend this place at all. The toilet is super tiny, including an old foot stand/ that was totally disgusting . Location was the only positive with this place. (I would much rather had stayed In a Hostel this this dump).
