I booked through Booking. However, I was not notified about the deposit. Also, the deposit has not been returned yet. Very bad hotel in terms of money management. You will be faced with unexpected nuances. I do not recommend it.

“Exceptional room, but the rest is average”
The room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and the linen was fresh. We particularly liked the lighting arrangement, which was designed with minute attention to detail.

“Warm and welcoming stay in Philly”
The staff especially the front desk and the doorman were super friendly. The front desk let us check in in the morning after our super early flight. The doorman chatted with us and told us about which direction to walk. Felt really warmed. The location is good.

Breakfast was good, but it was served as an "extra" (we had a credit at the restaurant). There was no buffet, so service was very slow. Hotel lobby floor was dirty.

“Excellent location, comfortable and clean room.”
This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It's always good to find a hotel/room that is exactly like the pictures. It is very clean and the location is excellent, two blocks from the metro station (with a train line direct to the airport), and close to lots of nice touristic places (such as the love square). I highly recommend it.
