“Ok for one night”
A good space for 3 people with a full kitchen. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. Luggage storage lockers available when checking out early although we struggled to find one that wasn’t broken. A short walk to Market Street.

“Regret”
Horrible. Worst hotel experience of my life. I chose Sonder the Heid because I read good reviews. Huge mistake. It started when I tried to ask for early check in (by the way they charge extra for that). Tried calling customer service twice, they said requests were only through the app. Asked through the app and was not helped. Waited 40 minutes in the lobby and no one was here. Came back at 9:30 pm and again- no one at the desk to check us in. Cancellation not available, and the online system was down! so we were stuck in the lobby in the middle of the night and had to beg the security guard for the managers number. Finally she sent someone to give us the room code. We went up to the room and surprise! Code did not work. Again we waited for at least half an hour in the lobby because the previous staffer left. Called customer service, called the manager. They said they will send help. About 40 mins later a Sonder staff member happened to walk through the lobby, she hadn’t even been sent by them! She helped us get into the room. The only helpful person there (Sky). So we entered the room 2 hours after we showed up. When we thought it couldn’t get any worse, in the morning (hour and a half before check out time) a cleaning woman barged in without knocking. And the cherry on top- no parking.

“Philadelphia stay.”
Very spacious apartment with excellent features. Open kitchen area, good bathroom, living room and bedroom area. Has a washing machine and dryer in apartment which is useful. Large windows with a scenic city skyline view. Close to centre of the city and eateries. Comfortable bed and quiet at night time.

“Great apartment!”
Apartment was very nice and clean. Interieur was super modern and industrial vibe. Big space and a lot of storage. Close by city center if you walk a bit. Safe surrounding. Very clean and nice bathroom with excellent supplies.

The apartment was beautiful. Really clean - check in was easy and the Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good - we don't mind walking but if that's an issue then it is quite out if Town.

“Clean, spacious and centrally located”
Perfect location, just minutes away from central Philadelphia. The building used to be a disused warehouse but the apartments are clean and spacious, with very tall ceilings. If you are use to city life, the supposed noise will not a issue.
