A really nice place to be and stay. Very comfortable and well equipped. Very easy to check-in and check-out. 5min walk and 10min with Train and you‘re downtown Philly.

I stayed at this wonderful rental apartment for four days during my vacation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and cleanliness of the place. The host has thoughtfully provided complimentary wine, water, seasoning, and toiletries, which added a special touch to my stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. One of the highlights of this rental is its prime location near University City. It’s convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the free street parking was a huge plus, eliminating any hassle of finding a spot for my car. The host was exceptional, responding quickly to any questions I had and being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

“Fantastic, comfortable place for access to U Penn.”
Comfortable, large size for a family of 3 but could easily do a family of 4. Very GENEROUSLY appointed apartment - the works - dishwasher, washer/dryer, silverware, etc. Was really comfortable and felt like home away from home. The bottle of wine was an extra nice touch. Street parking was plenty and free though you will need to practice your 'parallel parking' skills :)
