“Great value for money”

Really clean and nice. The host was quick to reply and instructions were clear and smooth.

The apartment was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It’s located on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs. Street parking is available. There’s also a laundry room in the basement (dont forget to bring quarters!). The accommodation was clean and practically furnished. The surrounding area might look a little run-down, but we had no issues—even when using public transport. But location wasn’t a surprise since you can check it on Google Street View. The hosts were very friendly and provided all check in details in advance.

I stayed here 4 nights and before arrival, I had received a very good and detailed description on the Booking app about how to operate the doorlock. This made it easy to enter the apartment number 2 upstairs which was spacious and had many facilities. It was possible to adjust the temperature with a remote control as well as the lights. The kitchen had all necessary, useful ustensils and equipment, in example frying pans, microwawe oven, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was an abundance of TV channels. The Wifi signals were strong. As a male solo traveller I felt safe in the evening and dark when I walked from the subway station on 56th street which took about ten minutes. I will stay here again if I come back to Philadelphia.

The property is a very clean, spacious and homely apartment. It was great value for money, and the hosts were exceptional with communication. There was utensils and cookware for us to use and fresh towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable enough and we had no issues with the electrical outlets. The balcony is also a nice touch.

Everything was great! The studio is big enough and well equipped. The contact with the owner is very good. On street parking is available for free.

Everything you need for a longer stay; keyless checking was very practicall for our late arrival and good communication with the owner. Subway station 56th on Market Str. goes fast directly to the town centre; big food store on the way. Very pravtical laundry ( need 4 quarters for washing and 4 for drying).

Great Area for a low Price. Minimarkt are vis-a-vis and has hot meals! The Noise from the street is quietly, the Train are near, time to the mainstation about 30 min. Enough Space for up to three Person, a TV and all you need to prepare a meal. Everything was clean and the Furnishing was up to date. Very nice stay here.

Great comfy, warm, welcoming, well-appointed apartment. Has all the features advertised and owner was very helpful before and after our stay. Secure entry and very quiet at night. A big supermarket just 10 minutes walk away

The room was really spacious and full of amenities. The beds were really comfy and its appearance was really cool. Everything is there what one expects from a studio apartment. Total value for money.

There’s a small terrace that comes with the aptm and we really loved it!
