“A few problems at the start then it was fine”

“Great location in downtown Philadelphia with helpful staff and good facilities”
The hotel is clean, in a great location for exploring Center City and has a great gym. The free breakfast has a great selection and I loved the free expresso in the lobby and the small kitchenette in the room. The staff were especially helpful and very friendly, going out of their way to help me. I also loved the gym--it had a decent amount of equipmebnt and was never super busy.

Great location, friendly and helpful reception staff, free tea and coffee available 24/7, public space for guests, happy hour for free drinks, and a free gym on site (although I didn’t use it). Much better than my first stay here.

The location is great and it's very stylish. Overall the staff are friendly and professional. Valet parking is multiple entry and single entry which can be a plus. It comes with guest laundry and a nice gym.
