We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown Philadelphia! The staff were amazing—from the front desk to the bar and breakfast team, everyone was warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The location is excellent, with everything close by, including plenty of great dining options. The hotel's decor is beautiful and modern, and the rooms are equally impressive—spacious, well-decorated, and thoughtfully arranged to be both practical and comfortable. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Philadelphia!

The location was good to explore the city. Room was large and clean.

Valet stole random items from my car and the hotel does not have access to the cameras so they passed blame to the parking garage and took no accountability. They straight up said we are not responsible for items taken then why am i paying 62$ for the protection of my car?

Good location. Nice Federal Donuts resturant at the ground level. The hotel is newly renovated and all the facilities are in excellent shape. Staff friendly and professional.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, particularly the reception staff. The double room was a decent size and looked just like it did in the picture. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well designed.

“Absolutely Fantastic Thanksgiving Day Stay”

This is the second time Ive stayed at this hotel. It's comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and the staff is always helpful. It is conveniently located right in downtown Philly. I live in Philly but didn't want to travel for Thanksgiving so I booked myself a room downtown as a mini staycation. The Thanksgiving menu in the restaurant was fantastic!
