The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pools were awesome especially after 5 hours on a motorbike and the rooftop restaurant was fabulous. Rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The courtyard and grounds were pristine and their coffee excellent 👌

“Great place to sta for a couple of nights.”
We had the biggest room available and it was amazing. The windows are about 40 feet tall and the outside bath is great.

Everything was absolutely phantastic - hotel, room, views, staff, professionalism, quiet and calm, the rooftop restaurant and food was excellent and the live music the icing on the cake (so so good). Will be back for sure!

“Great Hotel in Phetchabun”
It is our favourate hotel in Phetchabun. Rooms are modern and spacious and there is plenty of parking. The swimming pools are good and the roof top restaurant (and infinity pool) are great for panoramic views over Phetchabun. The food is very good and resaonably priced. Great restaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor.

“Nice but bad managed”
It is a new, fancy and very nice hotel. The rooftop restaurant is good and has reasonable prices. Unfortunately we faced several problems in this hotel.

Tried to charge us 2000 baht for a stain/wet patch on the bed when they cleaned the room. I was discussed and forced the manager along with the cleaners to show us the wet patch in which there was no sign of anything. Manager was lost for words and apologised and the main cleaner kept raising her voice trying to defend her actions. We were so humiliated to say the least. Never offered us a single thing for the embarrassment. Will never recommend this place to anyone
