Set back from the main road it was a peaceful oasis apart from the enthusiastic greeting from the dogs. Room was very unique with its design and the wooden bridge across the river was a lovely feature. Cold beer at good prices meant for a relaxing evening. Breakfast was really tasty and coffee top notch.

What a wonderful location, it was so special to be there. The owner has made an amazing place in the jungle. Very relaxing. Take your time to take it all in. The design of the cabins is exceptionally beautiful. The owner designs a new house every year. He made us a lovely coffee and delicious breakfast in the morning and told us a lot about the place. He has an eye for detail. His bar is made of used wood and bamboo - most materials and forms are natural. He lets his horses run in the wild. We had a perfect time. (Just make sure you bring a mosquito net) It is not a plain star resort, but it was one of the most special and beautiful places we have been in here in Thailand

1. The owner is very nice. They are very friendly. I was impressed by sitting at the bar at night. The owner wanted to enjoy Songkran in the downtown, so he told us to take care of ourselves by taking any drinks or snacks as we wanted. We were a bit shocked because he was not afraid of his drinks and snacks being stolen by us (guests/customers) hahaha. Then, he went to the downtown and enjoyed Songkran. But we enjoyed the drinks and snacks at the bar with natural atmosphere. 2. The owners made our stay feel like friend visiting friends' house. I had never felt like this with other resorts or hotels in Phayao before. 3. Cats and horses are super cute. Everything, everyone and every animals are so natural, especially, the white kitten with blue eyes. He is so adorable 😍🥰😍🥰. 4. The pizza was served for breakfast together with a delicious rice soup. I think, normally, the pizza wasn't free for breakfast. But the owners gave it to us for free! This impressed me a lot.

The staff tried to be helpful, but I was quite disappointed with this place. I don't understand why it has good reviews. Perhaps some people like squalor, I don't. Frankly, there is nothing in Phayao worth seeing and I'd suggest spending your time elsewhere.

The room, the animals, the staff, the property. We are traveling with our 1,5 months old and it was the first place where he got his own little breakfast plate.

A very rustic appearance with a traveller vibe, but with all modern facilities, (including 5g WiFi!) Very friendly, had a tasty meal cooked for us when we arrived as well as a tasty breakfast. Great coffee. All in All an excellent place to stay.

I like the natural materials that were combined together to be a lovely bangalow. The cats, horses and dogs are nice and welcome tourists.
