“Excellent value for money”
Small hotel overlooking the swamp and lake (Kwan Phayao). Located near the main road, but a little outside of Phayao city. Having a car is convienient. Fairly new hotel and it shows, rooms are nice. Ample parking space. No swimming pool. Cheap breakfast (80 THB).

“Awful. NOISY. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.”
There was a loud noise like a banging and whirring all night which kept us awake. I think it was the elevator mechanism but not sure.
