Thought the site was misleading re the photo of a balcony. Really there was no balcony. Difficult to differentiate between what photos were for what apartment. Apartment was noisy due to restaurants,car park, uncontrolled dogs and youthful hoons revving trail bike and scooters. Initially there was an unpleasant stale smell due to drains or poor ventilation. Sometimes the unpleasant smell of frying was strong in hallway due to restaurant kitchens next door. There was not even salt and pepper in the apartment but there were some tea bags and fruit juice which were appreciated.

The location in the historic centre of Pezènas is perfect. and it’s amazingly quiet inside especially considering the liveliness of the district. The studio is really well equipped with everything I needed including a very good hairdryer! The bathroom, which looked new, is lovely with an excellent shower. The air con is a real plus although I didn’t need it too much as the property is airy, shaded & cool compared to most I’ve experienced. Jeanne & her family are lovely hosts. My friends & family who have been visiting Pezènas for the last 15 years thought the studio was a real find and were very impressed with Jeanne’s hosting.
