Firstly, the villa: The villa is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable beds, lots wardrobe space, each bedroom has en suite bathroom, AC in each bedroom. Large full kitchen with all the pots and pans and and things you need for cooking and eating. Sitting room area had 2 super comfortable couches and a large smart TV with all the streaming apps ready to go. The whole place is tastefully decorated and has little touches that make it feel like a home and not just a house. Patio & Pool: A large yard out front with lots of space for a car, large sliding gate to access the property, a BBQ pit, a lovely shaded patio complete with comfortable patio furniture. There are lime trees and eggplant plants in the garden along with olive trees, cucumbers, cactus, and mangoes right next to the property, so the surrounding area is nice and green. The pool is perfect for families with children as it has a "zero entry" style which slopes gradually like walking into the sea from the beach - at it's deepest it is 1.4m, perfect to cool off when you are nicely baked from the sun! Location: The villa is right next to Spilies Tavern which is handy for a quick bite to eat or a nice cold beer, and there is even a pool there. Some cars coming and going throughout the day but not too frequently to be a bother. There is very little noise from the tavern, so you won't be disturbed. The location of the property is perfect if you have a car, and 5 minutes away is plenty of shops and restaurants in Coral Bay. The Host: Our host Stella was fantastic from the start. We arrived quite late (near midnight) and she was there to greet us with a smile and gave us the tour and told us everything we needed to know. She had provided plenty of bottled water, and there was bread and milk and tea/coffee and even some fresh eggs from the chickens Stella keeps. Stella is very friendly and welcoming, and she was available at any time if needed.

The villa is stunning. It’s very spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom plus there is a fifth toilet near the lounge. The beds are comfortable, wardrobes with hangers look brand new. It has been built not long ago and it’s decorated to a very high standard. The villa is overlooking turquoise sea. There is aircondition throughout the property, huge smart TV, comfortable seating area and very well furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave etc. The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and kind. They did everything to make our stay in Cyprus wonderful. They welcomed us when we arrived late at night and gave us fresh bread, milk, fresh fruit, wine and other things. They recommended us where to visit, they messaged us during our stay asking if we needed anything and even delivered fresh doughnuts on our doorstep. The swimming pool is very clean and offers an area for both swimmers and non swimmers. There are many exotic trees growing next to the property and the entire area is very well maintained. We had complete privacy, there is no other property overlooking the swimming pool. We liked that it’s completely quiet area. The famous Coral Bay beach is only 5 minutes drive. There is a massive supermarket (Philipos) 7 minutes drive from the property. There is also a brilliant karting 7 minutes away.

The villa was beautiful, and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Located in a quiet place but not far from the beach or bars and restaurants. Will definitely be booking again next summer!
