Nice spacious apartment with a large terrace. Only 1 level up from the parking area. Once we worked out that the heating units had been switched off in 2 rooms and we managed to sort the variety of controllers the apartment was able to get warm during a cold spell in Feb. Situated in a peaceful, quiet area. Kitchen was well equipped but need a couple of smaller pans. The owner did offer for us to buy a smaller pan and re-imburse us. The owner responded quickly to our requests. It was very good value for money.

Amazing apartments with everything you could need on vacation: from kitchen equipment to chairs on the terrace. The terrace is just wow, the most beautiful we have ever been to. The owner of the apartment was very nice and friendly, helped us when we had problems. Thanks again!

When we arrived at the apartment and entered the terrace we were blown away by the breathtaking view down the hill. The location is perfect, offering peace and quiet while still being close to local attractions. Monique's hospitality was outstanding, making us feel right at home. The apartment is modern and cozy, with stylish decor and all the amenities you need. The check-in process was absolutely smooth and hassle-free. This booking was a delightful surprise, we would definitely stay at the Paschali Sunset Apartment again if holidaying in the Peyia area next time. From our overall experience – one should always be mindful of nature in Cyprus since local lizards and cockroaches might occasionally drop by just about anywhere. But we found it just as interesting and charming as the cats that grace the island with their presence. 😊

Monique the host answered any queries promptly. The apartment is lovely and as described. Well equipped kitchen. The balcony is huge and caters for sun-worshippers and shade-seekers also. I would certainly go back.

The apartment has excellent views to the beach and beachside villages, as well as the views of the mountains. The location is good, the apartment clean, providing a lot of towels, equipment for food / tea / coffee preparation. Large terrace with sun bathing beds and "hanging chairs" to enjoy the views. Welcoming snacks and vine made especially pleasant surprise upon arrival to the flat. Quick communication with the owner via WhatsApp or the Bookong.com application.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. We are family of 5 and the flat was extremely comfortable and could easily allocate all of us 😉 We were surprised by the equipment. You will find there everything that you could think of. We regret that our own kitchen is not equipped that well😁 The apartment has amazing view so it is supper nice to chill there after beach time. It is very quite area and there is no problem with parking space. Collecting the key was also very well planned. The owner - Monique has sent us very detailed instructions. It was our 5th time in Cyprus but 1st in Monique’s place. We are definitely planning on coming back. Thank you for having us!

I loved waking up to the beautiful views. The apartment was very well equipped and catered for. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very large terrace well equipped with hammock, outside eating and sun loungers.
