“Wonderful villa perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday”

Fantastic, spacious villa, perfect location for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. The villa is very clean and maintained to a high standard by the owner. The garden and pool area is private and not overlooked. It has very effective air conditioning throughout. The large balcony upstairs is perfect for watching the sun go down and the beautiful sunsets. We have stayed at this villa 3 times and this year we noticed some changes from the original photos, all for the better. The pool has been renovated, the new lining absorbs the heat from the sun which means the water is warmer, there are upgraded sun loungers with padded mats. The owner is lovely and responds to any messages quickly if you have any questions. We noticed a previous review about cockroaches, we did not see any evidence of this at all during our 2 week stay, we have never seen any cockroach at the property in any of the 3 times we have stayed and can say the property was lovely and clean, we had absolutely no concerns at all.

Perfect location, 5 cafes and bars in walking distance. Quiet and not overlooked. Lovely garden area to walk around and owner responds very quickly to any messages. There was nothing we didn’t like but some slight improvement suggestions so will list them here. WiFi was very slow and not good enough for streaming but with sun and pool who needs TV? A simple arrival booklet or laminated sheet would be useful - WiFi password / advice on where best to put rubbish / how often to expect pool and gardening services / local Taxi numbers / local bar and cafe details / Air Conditioner advice etc We travelled with millennials who found the WiFi code, googled everything we needed to know etc but an advice sheet would be good.

The amazing view, the location near the sea caves and proximity to Paphos, Lara Beach and the mountains. Also the space and beautiful balcony and veranda - we really loved this villa.

What made this villa perfect for us was a location; peaceful, surrounded by big, beautiful garden with tall palm trees that will give you respite from the sun. You can enjoy late afternoon in their shade having a bit of al fresco dinning or opt for evening meal in Coral Bay (short drive). Beautiful beaches are also within 10 minutes driving time, Laourou Beach; sandy, shallow water, perfect for kids or White River Beach; pebbles, secluded, wild and often empty. Owner of the villa is very approachable and caring so this adds value to overall experience. Last but not least, because of an elevated location of the villa you can enjoy panoramic view of the sea and surrounding area, this alone is worth 4.5 hours flight ;-) Definitely will be back again.
