“Exceptional property with generous hosts”

This is one of the best looked after villas I’ve stayed in for a long time, the attention to detail, little extras and exceptional welcome package was amazing. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, had one small issue with the pool step but was magically fixed by the next morning while the pool was being cleaned by very friendly individuals. The place far exceeded our expectations and we’ll be recommending for future stays. Thank you so much.

What an amazing stay we had. From the wonderful welcome pack to the spotlessly clean and well equipped villa. Cannot fault a thing - perfect for a family holiday. A little out from the nearby resort so car recommended although it can be walked to if required. Would highly recommend to anybody who wants a bit of peace and quiet in an exemplary villa - will definitely be back!

“Wonderful villa - home from home!”

This villa is exceptional! Beautifully presenter, immaculate and clean. It really feels like you’ve been invited to stay in someone’s home! The kitchen is well equipped with everything from egg cups to a ninja blender! Beds are comfy and bathrooms spacious and clean. The outdoor areas are beautiful, set amongst orange trees and not overlooked at all. Beautiful bbq and outdoor bar area. Pool is a fabulous size for a private villa but very cold! Although this is to be expected at the start of the season! Pool was maintained throughout our stay. A car is definitely recommended due to the location, but a large supermarket is 5 minutes drive away and we walked to a restaurant on the beach front (15 mins walk on the flat) (Porto Antico) and had a wonderful meal one evening. There is a small beach just near the restaurant or the main Coral Bay beach approx 3 min drive away. The main strip of Coral bay is around a 5 minute drive. We didn’t try to walk this but I imagine it would be a good 40 minute walk from the villa. We did drive in one evening and had a nice meal. The welcome pack provided at this villa is one of the most wonderful welcome packs we have ever received. A really beautiful touch and some delicious food and drinks provided, thank you! I can’t pick any faults with this villa, it was a beautiful tranquil stay for my family and me. I only hope we can return for another stay soon, the attention to detail is incredible and you won’t be disappointed with this place!

It was an unforgettable experience. The villa had everything needed for our stay, from dishes to games. The garden was wonderful, and the villa's host was very warm and friendly. He welcomed us with a basket of snacks, which made a great impression after a long and exhausting journey. We're already dreaming of coming back to this villa. It was perfect! ❤️

This property is absolutely beautiful. Unexpected sea view from the bedroom balconies was an amazing surprise. Simply perfect for a relaxing break and not too far away from the main strip in coral bay. Nicolas is the perfect host. Vila was perfect in every way.
