“Fabulous & traditional yet specious villa in a lovely quiet location”

The villa has a very homely and traditional feel to it which we loved. The outside area was fabulous and had many areas to relax / eat in.

What is there not to like about Anna Maria. Location is excellent and such a lovely host as well. Our second time staying here and it was lovely if possible even better than last year. If you want a traditional feel to your stay then look no further. Communication again excellent and such lovely and friendly people. We felt at home as soon as we walked in.

I loved everything about our stay and the house and would happily come back. The swimming pool is amazing, very big, with lots of sunbeds, it feels very luxurious. I loved the views from the garden, it was sunny but there was a nice breeze too, and shade available in the patio/terrace. There is a nice flow from the villa to the patio, the main room and living room/kitchen have doors opening to the patio on the gardens/swimming pool, and there are lots of sittings. We took our meals outside and it was very agreeable. The main room is huge, the beds are comfortable. There is everything needed in the kitchen (though we didn't really cook). It was very clean. It had a very homey and personal feeling, which made me feel very at home and comfortable immediately. The host was very nice, answered every question and took care that everything was OK. The village is picturesque with a lively center, although the villa's location is very quiet. As I wrote in the guest book "A host with a soul, for a house with a soul".

Lovely house and the garden. I combines a holiday feel of the countryside house with the comfort. The space is organised very well. The host Anna was very helpful and kind. Responded very quickly to any enquiry we had.

The location and the feel of the villa. It felt like a home away from home. The host was very informative and checked with every step of the booking process and also making sure we arrived safely. Anna said it was a loved family home and she was spot on it did not disappoint.

Loved absolutely everything. The villa was cosy and traditional, everywhere was clean, great air con. The best part was the pool, which was cleaned twice during our stay to a very high standard, and the garden was beautiful. There was so much wildlife to see and the location was perfect, close to the village and a short drive to coral bay. Anna was great, checking we arrived safely and making sure everything was ok.

Location of Villa was perfectt - 5 minute walk to Peyia Village where you have plenty of choice for eating & drinking. The Villa was located in a quiet cypriot residential area, pool area was private. The neighbours were all very friendly and welcoming.

We loved the pretty secluded garden and unoverlooked swimming pool. Being close to Peggy's Secret Garden, Savvas Grill and the The Grand Taverna was a real plus. The villa was in a central location that allowed us to drive out to visit the beautiful surrounding villages and enjoy some lovely lunches.
