“A nice secluded place away from the seasonal hustle and bustle.”

We liked that the apartments and the territory were clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the administrator was available 24/7 either by phone or in person. A cute cat. Close to the sea, but you need to go uphill. Beach towels are provided. Nearby there is a beautiful monastery, a legendary ghost hotel (great if you enjoy exploring abandoned places), and a tunnel leading to Petrovac along the health trail. The beach is rather secluded, with a rocky shore. On weekends there were many locals, but on weekdays there were fewer people compared to, for example, neighboring Budva.

We were at these apartments for 6 nights at the beginning of August 2025. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and had air con's in all the rooms. The view is beautiful. Only 5 mins to the beach. Enough room to park the car.

Great view. Big potential

Beautiful quiet location despite the busy crowds of August. Fabulous pool - empty most of our stay. Large spacious rooms. Ranka the maid and Milena via email were very helpful with quick responses for any questions we had. Different to our usual hols in that they weren't visible all the time so not intrusive but on hand if you needed help. Large rooms with huge bed. Lovely sea view and wasn't expecting kitchen and washing machine so that was a bonus. We hired a car and traveled to various places but definitely happy with the quiet place we had chosen.

There is a stunning view (besides building in construction abandoned, which is not the fault of the apartment) but the "kid bedroom" has a special view on solar panel occulting most of the panorama.

The location was great for walking to the beach, you do need a car for everything else. Ranka was very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful spacious property. Ranka the housekeeper was always available to provide us with whatever was needed.

The bed was comfortable and there was a lovely view of the sea despite the shell of an unfinished hotel.

The apartment was spacious and clean, the personnel was very communicative and kind. The way down to the lovely beach is less than 5 minutes, there is a good beach bar with sun beds and reasonable prices. The view from our apartment on the top floor was spectacular - although the balcony was not completely private. The complex is very calm, the pool area is good. The next city is a 30 minutes walk along the sea or a 10 minutes drive.

Wonderful apartment with amazing view (room 9)! I had everything I needed. I asked to have my clothes washed and they didn't charge me for it. There were FREE drinks in the fridge.
