The gorgeous and meticulously maintained gardens, the extra-large pool, and the rooms are all A+, as are the comfortable beds and lovely linen. However, this is just a minor part of the experience. The host, Alessio, is wonderful—always happy to see you, taking care of anything you need, offering advice on what to do in the area, and serving a breakfast to die for. We had the unforgettable opportunity to have Alessio’s beautiful wife, Inez (along with his mother and sister), cook us the most incredible home-cooked five-course Italian dinner—absolutely impressive and an experience you must not miss.

“The perfect hotel for a long-weekend in Umbria”
We had a wonderful time staying in this charming, family-run boutique hotel. They really couldn't do enough for us, which we were so grateful for. The pool was sensational, with gorgeous rural views. We ate in their restaurant every evening the food was so good, priced at 45 euros per head.

We had a very lovely stay, the family is so nice! They do everything for you. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was more than delicious. 😋 The property has a beautiful garden and a large pool so you can relax after sightseeing the many nice villages in the area. We will definitely come back!!

We discovered Umbrië for the first time. The region is unbelievable, beautiful and ritch in history. This is a family owned and run operation and the hospitality was fantastic - they gave attention to every detail and made our stay a life time memory. We had the five course dinner under the pergola and evening skies and it was spectacular. The breakfast was also super. Wish we would of stayed for more than one night. We hope to return again and will highly recommend.

“Phantastic vacation! Outstanding host, meals and location.”
The staff was super friendly. Excellent dinner and breakfast. The owner took really care of us. He asked us in the morning which wine we would like to have for dinner in order to unkork it half an hour before dinner. Really stunning location in the countryside but also not too far from the highway and Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.

The host Alessio and family run this very friendly boutique hotel. Beautiful location, lovely facilities, rooms were spacious with a lounge area and patio. Views superb. Dinners to die for, absolutely fantastic!

“Absolutely perfect place to stay”
It is a little paradise in Umbria. Landscape, service, food, room, swimming pool, surroundings - everything more than perfect. Inez and Alessio are a lovely couple. They take care of every single detail. It was a real relax.
