Only 200 metres from a beach, Falkensteiner Residences Senia is located in a tourist settlement of Punta Skala in Petrčane. It offers two heated outdoor pools and modern-style apartments, each with a furnished balcony. “Punta Skala at its best.”
The layout of the coastline is ideal, with plenty of room spacing seating areas; different types of access to the waters. The quality of seawater was for us the best feature: crystal clear, clean, no pollution. This is great spot for good swimmers looking for a sport-active holiday. Apartment was perfect in size, comfort and location. Swimming pools really beautiful. the fish restaurant is the most romantic location possible, amazing sunset. Staff very professional. We would be back.

“Overall great but not perfect.”
We had a nice apartment, 2 bathrooms plus a toilet in addition to the huge living room, bedroom and balcony. There are several sporting activities, events, tennis, yoga, paddle, jet ski, sup, aqua rocket. Seaside is great with a nice promenade.

“Falkensteiner 2.0 with the new staff - has never been better”
The whole facility is cleaner than in years before. I am referring to the beach and outdoor facilities with a well trained staff that kept the place in tip top shape. In years before it was sometimes a bit chaotic.

“Great for families, not for romantic vacations”
It’s beautiful, with nature everywhere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. There are 3 restaurants, we ate in Planika and Bracera. Both have delicious food and quality service. Bracera is quite pricey. The beaches are basically everywhere. You can take sunbeds and choose the level of privacy you want. Lots of trees that provide shade, the sea is beatiful. There are kayaks and sups available for rent, as well as beach bars where you can grab a snack as well as drinks.

The property was beautiful, clean, generously laid out, wonderful restaurants by the sea, just perfect. The gym is out of this world, super modern, the most advanced techno gym equipment, great trainers, in a beautiful and tranquil setting.

AMAZING PLACE! We got an upgrade to bigger apartment and you feel like a movie star..the place is modern, big, exclusive with great pool and amazing staff..then you have the grounds, great beaches, good food, sport grounds, bakery in the morning if you didnt buy a bread..amazing wifi, i teleworked from here and it was as good as in my place at home..cleaning good every 3re day...great huge garage just in front of building..i got good rate and with upgrade this was basically like winning a lottery..again thanks to all the staff for amazing work..just go...there is no way anyone can regret coming here..on the beach there are enough sunbeds, bars etc etc..wow, just wow
