So close to the centre of Petra, situated up a small quiet road, top location ... View of the church ..Panayia Glykofilousa from my balcony..also not far from Molyvos ... afternoon cake on my balcony below the church 😋

cosy and super clean rooms.colors of building we liked very much , house owner was great and so friendly . they have a restaurant in the town name is kaldirami. we had dinners there and so tasty . our room was on quite and nice street but close to centre and shops .. they left a small cake for us in the room..i highly recommend this property for us everything was good ..

We had a very pleasant stay here. The hosts welcomed us warmly and the room was spotless. Except for a couple of small details—like the placement of the air conditioner and wishing for a sharper knife—everything was more than sufficient. The location is excellent: walking distance to the sea, in a lovely quiet street and very close to the town center. There is no immediate parking in front of the property, but parking spots can easily be found nearby.

I had a great stay at Roxani Studio. The room was very functional, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen — everything was thoughtfully provided. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed frequently, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also perfect, right in the center of Petra and close to everything. Overall, staying in Petra is a very smart choice when visiting the island, and I would definitely recommend Roxani Studio!

The location was great, there is a beautiful view of the church on the hill from the terrace. The property is green, there is a big banana palm tree at the front. The apartment is comfortable. The staff was adorable, they even brought us a dessert as a compliment one day!

Its location is perfect.It’s 2 minutes to Petra Old Town.Host family is responsive and helpful.They were so kind one day İ found a piece of chocalate cake when İ returned from the beach.The apartment is very clean.It has everything you need.İ highly recommend this propertt.
