We were charged additional $86.23 for the garbage collection. This charge was not mentioned in the contract. I would like to highlight that there were no garbage containers near our house and even on our street. Not even one! I believe it is very unprofessional and low to charge for the garbage collection; especially, this charge was not mentioned in the contract, like others, for example, charge additionally for "cleaning". Where were we supposed to leave the garbage bags? On top of that, on the departure date, the cleaners arrived one hour earlier than we expected (at 10.15, check-out time is 11.00) and started shoveling the snow from the balcony. During our stay we did not have access to the balcony as it was about 50 cm of snow on it. In case when the chalet rental company positions itself as a high-class resort, it should provide full service and comfort. Visitors should enjoy their time, relax, ski on the slopes, spend quality time with friends and family members. Chalet guests must not run around the village looking for garbage containers. Very disappointed.

The chalet is very new, modern and well equipped. The location is perfect if you want to getaway from the city. We will be back.
