“We had a clean renovated room. Thankfully.”
Hotel was being renovated but we were not told when booking. There were work rooms right across from our room. We should have received a reduced rate .

“Horrible”
No one was there fir 2 hours to check us in, I called the police, the police came then called the manager, we had a two night stay, and was told we would get a major discount. They charged my card for one night, once we got home they charged for the second night. I will never ever stay at this location ever again!! The manager should be dismissed!

“adequate, but the billilng was truly annoying”
Fine. More fruit would have been welcome. The lady at the desk seemed hostile when asked about the buffet. Clearly NOT her department!

The bed was so uncomfortable. I left a wonderful bed at the holiday inn to come here which was more expensive and the bed was horrible. Not to mention we were here for 3 days and was never given clean towels .
