“A useful alternative to Peterhead”

The location fitted well as I was in general transit through Peterhead heading along the coast to Aberdeen the next day. The staff made for a comfortable welcome.

“Lovely small hotel, great restaurant!”

Nicely refurbished traditional building, right above the harbour, in a small village, a couple of miles from Peterhead. Plenty areas nearby to walk and explore. Our room was large, airy, spotlessly clean, nice bar/restaurant and there were tea/coffee facilities, toiletries, parking and wifi. The staff are lovely and helpful. Thanks to everyone! Breakfast choice is very good, and the evening food even better! Photos show haddock mornay and a beautiful ice cream dessert. We have stayed before and will do so again, I'm sure.

Period property, yet very tastefully modern and comfortable.

Firstly the staff here are some of the best I have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived they looked after us every minute and made us feel so welcome. Food in the restaurant was very good and our room was very comfortable. Overall exceptional service and I hope if I'm ever in that area again to get the opportunity to stay there.

The Seaview hotel is excellent. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean. The bathroom is spotless.

Friendly, helpful staff, dinner was exceptional definitely a 1st class bistro. Bedrooms were very spacious, cozy and decor was Imaginately designed, good view of sea and harbour, only downside was no lift as I am disabled but overall we enjoyed our stay ❤️

Amazing food. Landlord (Forbes) was very welcoming. Jess and Heather were very friendly and helpful.Room was a good size and very clean.

Everything. The place is immaculate, the bed comfortable, location ideal, menu is massive and the food top notch, nice pleasant staff, great value for money. Lovely breakfast. Would defo come back if visiting area again.

We had an amazing stay please do not be fooled with the rugged exterior I personally found it gave it character, the inside is fresh, modern & very clean The staff big shout out to all the ladies you were all welcoming & so friendly The food was exceptional we had both breakfast & dinner here I would recommend the chicken satay wow that was an amazing dish Our room looked over to the harbour with stunning views and the beer garden was lovely to sit in Our room was lovely fresh & super clean We would highly recommend coming here !

Clean and amenable

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and was lovely. We had both breakfast and dinner in the restuarant and both were excellent! The staff were welcoming, the bed comfortable, everything so clean and a great bathroom.
