“1 night stay”
Lovely guest house, very clean and welcoming. Nice touch of fresh flowers in the room along with tea, coffee hot chocolate and biscuits. Bottled water in the room along with microwave fridge . Bathroom with everything you need . Breakfast was fantastic full continental speed, lots of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cheese cold meats, toast crumpets and pancakes. Will definitely book again when staying in the area.

“Fab!”
For an overnight stay its perfect. As a woman travelling alone i felt safe. Have pubs with food for all day, only a short walk away. Parking free on road, and of course the hosts delightful and stay very peaceful.

“Lovely place”
Thank you for our wonderful stay from Friday 22 May to Sunday 24 May. We are a family of four with two children and we all really enjoyed our time here.😊 The house was absolutely beautiful and smelled of fresh flowers, which made it feel so welcoming and relaxing. Our room was very warm, spotless and comfortable, with comfy beds. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared.In the room we could make coffee and tea, and there was a great selection of biscuits, chocolate bars, crisps, and fresh milk in the fridge, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals. Everything was prepared with so much care. Thank you again for our lovely stay. We would happily come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

“Great hosts, 'honest" city”
Trudy and George really made an effort to make us feel welcome, including an awesome breakfast, fresh flowers, fresh towels and cookies every day. We especially enjoyed having breakfast while watching old music videos and chatting with the owners.

“Charming, spotless, and friendly guest house - highly recommend!”
I booked this guest house at the last minute and it exceeded all my expectations. It was charming, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and varied. I was actually sad to leave and would absolutely love to stay there again. It was incredibly good value. I can’t recommend this guest house more! If only all guest houses were as well looked after.

Landlady was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and presented well. Some nice touches (shortbread, penguin biscuits and water). Excellent value for the cost. I have no hesitation in recommending it.
