booked this hotel and reach there 2am (late check in) no staff to open the door for us as the door was locked. even though stated here 24 hours check in. called the property and rang the bell so many time but still no staff in this hotel available to open the door for me to check in. after 1hr plus waiting outside the hotel, we need to find other hotel. but still payment of this hotel deducted from my account

Booking.com was telling the fair 67RM but at hotel they charged me 87RM. I understand 10RM for foreigner but they charged me extra 10RM.

“Perfect, recommend.”
Clean, good internet, ATM is a 2 mins away walk, good food options around, mall around the corner. Hot water, comfortable bed, AC. They have an iron you can use anytime. Everything went perfectly. Nothing bad to say.
