No towel and soap shampoo provided by staff even requests .....but I finally buy my own in lotus I requested that I need to check in at 1 pm I was not allowed to wait outside the hotel TV was not working 4 days I stay no room service Toilet was unclean AC remote was not working but they changed Sorry no photos I took for proof
