I arrived late at night, around 11:00 PM, after completing on-site installations. I had booked a suite through Booking, but when I checked in, they gave me a double room instead. The bathroom was dirty, which was very off-putting. After such a long day, I was really looking forward to a refreshing shower, but there was no water in the room. I had already unpacked my belongings in the room, and when I mentioned the issue, they moved me to another floor, claiming there was water there. However, when I went to the new room, the water pressure was very low, and there was no hot water. At this point, I was extremely disappointed, so I decided to leave the hotel without notifying anyone and checked into another hotel. It was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had.

We came to October, and the swimming pool was empty. For sauna they wanted to charge. Finally, we get sauna for free. They do not inform us about swimming pool. The reason we chose this hotel that we want pool

“Very great place to have a nice weekend with friends or family.”
Very clean and comfortable, good location, food was great. They even served food after restaurant was closed. Staff was very kind and welcomed.

It was fantastic.everything new,clean and the staff was great,family ambient.the room was amasing very clean.they have a corner with toys for the kids so we enjoy the dinner and the kids happy for food and toys.i'll come back.

“Modern, nice and cozy”
Very friendly people all around. We learned again here, that Albanians are kind and nice people. Whatever we needed we got. The view was beautiful and we slept like babies in the modern and nice rooms. Very good choice!
