“Wonderful experience.”

EVERYTHING! We were greeted royally and taken to our apartment. Immediately, we fell in love with the place: the staff, the apartment, the views, the facilities. The pool is overwhelming, the apartment is spacious, authentic, cool in hot weather. The attention to detail cannot be ignored. Our meal in the restaurant was superb and the service was wonderful. We have been travelling in northern Italy for four weeks and this is the best we have experienced and we will return.

“Phantastic location”

The location is fabulously beautiful, the little apartment had everything, no, more than, we needed for our overnight stay (fully equipped kitchen, outside table/seats), a nice pool and all very clean. We had a lovely breakfast buffet with a vast choice of food, even fresh fried eggs. It'd be perfect for a longer stay, except...

“A great retreat”

The apartment was clean and very well appointed. Very quiet. The views were amazing. Pool looked lovely. Tommaso and Anna were amazing hosts.

“We love it there!”

We were captivated by the breathtaking view from the hotel, the olive tree, garden, especially the stunning swimming pool. The hosts were very kind and helpful, particularly when we had an issue with our car.

The feeling of tranquility. It was so relaxing lounging by the pool under the olive trees or simply sitting on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine. Our apartment was spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner that Anna prepared on the evening of 15 August.

+Swimming pool (12x6) with additional small children pool +Monte a Pescia around - calm place with nice view of the Pescia +nearby reastaurant in Monte a Pescia (however more expensive) + A good base for excursions to nearby historical towns (Pisa, Lucca, Montecarlo...)

“Nestled in the hills of Pescia Very Tranquil”

Anna was at the apartment to meet us and show us to our apartment. We stayed at 1 bed with bath and shower and kitchen on the ground floor .The bedroom was very spacious and kitchen dining area very adequate. We enjoyed the pool it was very well kept and there were plenty of deck chairs and sunbeds.Towels were supplied for the pool.We also had breakfast each morning which was extra but a good variety on offer including excellent coffee and good choice of teas.The restaurant in the apartment complex was only open one of the evenings during our stay but we thoroughly enjoyed the dinner we had it was an excellent standard Anna is a terrific cook..There was another restaurant about 5 minutes walk away Restaurant Monte A Pescia it was also very good .We ate there 3 nights but it can get very busy at the weekend so you need to book ahead.We stayed a total of 8 nights and would highly recommend these apartments. They are situated in a good position for touring Tuscany Montecatini Terme only about 25 minutes by car.Lucca 30/35 minutes and Pisa about 45/60 minutes. Florence is approximately 1 hour away.

Very nice and helpful host. Parking lot in apartment's object. Possibility to use a pool. Very tasty breakfast. Comfortably feeling in whole apartment. Clean rooms, bathroom. Traditional style of furniture. Very lovely area of Tuscany. Possibility to taste homemade products (olives, wine) You can walk 30 minutes down to the Pescia from apartment through forest hike and 40 minutes up to the apartment from town. You can use also your car, to get to the town, but hike is very nice adventure.

The house has the best view, a lovely pool and the nicest owners. I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone.

We loved that it was away from the hurly burly, and we could enjoy the pool and the beautiful views over the valley.

The hotel had an amazing view! There are several types of citruses growing around the territory, people working are very nice, the room for three we had everything we may have needed for a long term stay (dishwasher, stove, dishes). WiFi could be better, but it was still okay. We will definitely come back!

“Real Italy atmosphere”

I liked absolutely everything! Great owners! Very good breakfast, fresh air, clean apartments, good barbecue area, great pool. The child was happy with the pool too. Near a good restaurant with a great view! We loved it and would love to come back again!

“Excellent place to stay with friendly host and great views.”

The acommodation was like a little apartment complete with everything. The beds were made and ready to be used which is great after such a long trip. Due to circumstances we arrived very late and the host stayed up to guide us to the location after we drove past (our own error). We had a lovely breakfast and enjoyed the view very much. The host a most friendly and a pleasure to stay with.
