Beautiful place in the hills overlooking Pescia, so blessed to have stayed here and thankfully we booked for 2 weeks because 1 week would not have been enough. Thank you so much Sabrina for turning this ancient property into a wonderful holiday home, we didn’t leave the place for the first 3 days apart from going into town for supplies it’s that kind of place. On day 4 we started to explore the area with lovely Pescia just down the hill with it’s incredible Duomo, then Collodi just next town the home of Pinocchio 😊 and then beautiful Lucca a very short drive away. What a fantastic holiday we have all just had staying at Santa Margherita, including the special visits from your lovely sheep dog Jack ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our family of eight recently had the most incredible vacation at this stunning villa in Tuscany, and we honestly couldn't have asked for more. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of Pescia that stretched out before us. We occupied all four apartments, each offering its own charm. The terraces provided magnificent vistas that made every morning coffee and evening aperitivo truly special. The pool was a highlight – large, sparkling clean, and incredibly well-maintained. We especially appreciated the gentleman who came every morning to ensure it was pristine for our daily swims. It was clear that great care is taken with this property. Beyond the beautiful surroundings, what truly made our stay exceptional was the warmth and helpfulness of Sabrina. She was an absolute delight – so welcoming, easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. There was genuinely nothing we could find to complain about during our entire stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa for anyone looking for an unforgettable Tuscan vacation. It's truly a magical place, and we're already dreaming of our next visit!
