The location is great and the villa is not expensive, especially out of season. It has everything you need, even a living room that can be used for small workshops or conferences (it has a big screen that can be connected to a computer).

“Great location, good value for money would definitely stay again”
Great position 5 minutes from the sea. Larger than it looks on the photos. Good size pool in a gated community. We were allowed to stay past our check out time free of charge. Excellent value for money compared to others we looked at and have stayed in previously.

“Too many problems in this house .”
This villa is not beach front as described on booking.com There is damp on both bathroom walls . Blocked drains .Problem with the drainage in all the bathrooms . You are standing in pools of water in both bathroom shower trays . The water is draining away very slowly We just happen to be in Cyprus on the coldest week of the year . Minus 2 at night . There are 3 bedrooms with hot and cold air con system . The heating part in all the bedrooms did not work . The house was clean .

Area is a bit isolated not many places to eat and generally there’s nothing on a walking distance you have to drive to find a shop restaurant etc. Pool ladder was broken which was a bit dangerous. Everything else was really good.
