The place is big enough (4 persons), with all necessary facilities. There is a lovely terrace with flowers and trees, so you can have your meal in this beauty. The location is just awesome!!! Less than 10min walk to the Lighthouse and lovely promenade, and 20 min walk to very nice and cozy beach. With a few restaurants and cafe in the neighborhood. There is a swimming pool for all inhabitants of this small area (approx. 15 houses), where you can sit in case you don't want to go to the sea.

Superb location for those who don't like big crowded hotels in big cities - quiet, private, safe, close to the beaches. Close and easy access to the airport and highway. Big, nice pool. Apartment equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer too. Close to Perivolia with great local taverns and restaurants.

“It’s a perfect spot for vacations with your family”

It’s spacious and clean. Air conditioning is blessing especially with temperatures in Cyprus. Available grill comes in handy when you want to cook some souvlaki. There’s everything that you need when you are planning on longer stay.

Complex where the house is located is great. Also the house is very well equipped to hava a vacation with a baby.

“Wonderful family trip”

Andreas is a great host, very helpful and nice. The villa is located in a nice private and quiet complex, with a beautiful swimming pool, only a few minutes of the beach. The villa was clean, the kitchen well equipped, including a dishwasher; the master bedroom has a very comfortable super king size bed. We also enjoyed the front terrace, which although isn’t big, it was a great space to sit, read and relax, surrounded by palm trees and plants.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and fitted all our requirements. It is walking distance from the beach as well as a beautiful restaurant for cocktails and food. The pool was perfect for lazier days and was always clean and relaxing. The staff were accommodating and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent complex of apartments and houses located around a large shared pool. Handy to various beaches and nearby Kiti for any cafes or shopping. Host is friendly guy and very welcoming. Apartment is a great size with everything you need in it for a short or long stay. Aircon worked well.
