“Charming stay in a peaceful place”

I got a very friendly welcome by Aneta and Eros (the hosts) in their nearby Surf & Sports Bar. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need. I enjoyed the sunny terrace in February ...

The apartment is close to the airport (10-15min drive). It is situated in a small settlement of houses and free spaces to be settled yet. The apartment is on the ground floor only 150m away from the beach which is usually very quiet. Equipment: everything you need plus washing machine, verandah, little garden, parking lot, oven, microwave, aircons and fans in two rooms. The water pressure is a bit low but you will get used to it. Aneta and Eros are super cute and friendly. They own a little bistro next door where you can eat if you don't feel like cooking Would we recommend a stay? Of course!

We spent a delightful 18 days here especially enjoying the lovely garden which offers lots of space in the sun or shade of the trees and glimpses to the sea. The house is the best equipped place we have ever rented and nicely furnished. The WiFi and TV worked really well too.. Having the largely sandy beach with safe swimming and opportunities for long strolls at only 100m from the property was perfect. The whole area is so uncommercialized and open that you feel really relaxed . Aneta and Eros are great hosts -kind and helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We also made the most of the good Sunday Lunch and the Friday music evening at their nearby Sports and Surf Bar.! A 15 min level stroll brings you to Pervolia village with small bars and restaurants and the excellent Mas Tiggis supermarket with good value and great quality products. As we didn't have a car the owner even took us with our heavy shopping back to the house. There is also the 429 bus which stops near the house 7 -8 times daily and can take you to Larnaca for exploring further afield or to the airport nearby. We highly recommend Palm Garden Paradise for a relaxing holiday in natural , rural surroundings.

We had good time at palm garden. The house is very clean and it has everything you need. The location is great , just few steps from the beach. Aneta is very nice and coperative. I highly recomand to stay in this lovely house in this very quite area.

very quiet area and excellent bar with great staff (owners of apartment) everything you need for a good break, easy access to airport and Larnaca or some really good fish taverns along the coast

Location-about 100 m from the beach. Lovely family-run bar with food (same owners Aneta and Eros) but not noisy.

Perfect localization, easy access to the long empty beach (March 2024), very quiet and calm neighborhood, close to Larnaca Airport and city center. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for stay of a week or longer, perfect for a couple, large parking at he back of apartment and good WiFi.

Perfectly located apartment, just few steps from the beach. There is a big terrace and cute little garden :) owner is running a bar nearby, so you can have refreshment any time. Parking spot is right next to the apartment, which is very comvenient. We hope to come back soon.
