Great apartment for a couple. Good self catering facilities. Good base for exploring Perugia and surrounding areas. Need a car to do so - train to Perugia was a bit of a walk and unsure how to use buses. Supermarkets within walking distance x 3. Good value for money. Pool was excellent, very relaxing. We liked the area, minimal tourists minimal English very friendly people. Local cafe and pizzeria very good with local food. Would definitely come back!

“Super friendly family run apartment”

Graziella and family were incredibly friendly and helpful. They corresponded with me leading up to the stay and welcomed us on arrival. The apartment was well kitted out for a good, comfortable stay. It’s worth paying the extra for air con, the price for the stay was very reasonable, so paying the extra was fine. The little mini kitchen has everything you need and it was nice to have a quiet balcony to sit in the evenings. The bed was really comfortable, it was all perfect for our stay. There’s a supermarket a few minutes drive away. The pool was clean and a good size, there was also plenty of loungers. The location is great for visiting Assisi and the centre of Perugia. We really enjoyed our stay! Grazie mille!!

The villa with a living space above expectations, comfortable, well equipped, clean, surrounded by a well-kept garden, with close access to main roads, parking inside the villa's courtyard which is closed with an electric door. The owners of the villa live in a nearby villa, responded efficiently to every request and protected our privacy.

“Well maintained, spacious villa with lovely swimming pool”

The villa was perfect for us. It has four large double bedrooms, with air conditioning in each room. It is very spacious, with three eating areas (dining table, kitchen table and patio), and with a conservatory too. There is also a mezzanine level above the living room with a pool table and a card table. The swimming pool was clean and just lovely, and everything was as described. There is a supermarket (Eurospin) within walking distance, and a larger supermarket (Pam) which is a few minutes away by car.
