Villa Flora provides apartments in San Sisto, a 10-minute drive from Perugia city centre. The accommodation features free WiFi as well as a beautiful garden, terrace and a wood-fired oven. The property is located in a great and calm neighborhood, but still 10 mns away from the center, it's spacious and has all the facilities you need, Francesco is an immaculate host he made us feel right at home from our arrival, we even asked for a BBq and we got offered a full set of everything you need...we met Frida the adorable dog who comes cutely to say hello, We would surely recommend Villa flora and if we decide to visit perugia again it's there where we will stay

The hospitality was superb. Franca greeted us on arrival and showed us the apartment. Bed was soft and comfortable and the kitchen was filled with utensils and the cabinet had glasses, cups and plates. Perfect opportunity to cook as well. Truly an amazing place to spend a relaxing time whilst visiting Perugia.

The appartments are in a private house with a garden and parking. We could sit outside having breakfast and enjoying beautiful view on mountains. The rooms and kitchen are fully equipped.

If you come to this area, you choose accommodation based on your needs. The location of the house was very convenient for me (although it’s accessible only by car). It’s a large house with ample parking space. The apartment is located on the ground floor, which is convenient for guests with large luggage. The hosts are a young couple—very friendly. The hostess speaks very good English, so communication is easy. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. We had a very large living room combined with a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a bedroom with a large bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, and a separate glass-door exit to the parking area. There’s plenty of different lighting options. The bed linen and towels were clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom has two sinks, one of which is deep (suitable for laundry), a shower cabin, and a bidet. There’s plenty of space, with storage areas for toiletries. A hairdryer is provided. Shampoo and liquid soap are available but of very low quality. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator, and dishwasher. It includes cookware, dining utensils, and tableware. You can cook anything you want. Salt, pepper, and olive oil are provided.
